Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy for children with ASD and developmental disabilities. You will implement BCBA-created intervention plans, track progress with data, and help families apply consistent strategies at home and in daily activities.

Responsabilités

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support clients in improving their social, communication, and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress through data collection.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure the consistent application of behavior strategies.

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree (completed or in progress) preferred.
• Prior experience working with children is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
