Intellistars ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home ABA care for children. You will implement behavioral plans under a BCBA, collect data on progress, and collaborate with families to ensure consistency across settings.

This role emphasizes hands-on ABA practice, ongoing data collection, and teamwork in a supportive environment. Certification in ABA is required, and experience is welcome for advancement opportunities.

Salary: $25 - $30 HOURLY

Job Summary:

At Intellistars ABA, we are committed to providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) care that lives where the child does. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver behavioral therapy services to children in their homes. Our RBTs are employed to implement behavioral plans and strategies developed by BCBAs, collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and symptoms, and collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral plans across all environments.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavioral plans and strategies developed by BCBAs to promote positive behavior change in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
• Collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and symptoms under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral plans across all environments
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of ABA principles, theories, and best practices

Requirements:

• A certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field (e.g., autism, behavioral therapy)
• 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome!)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
