Job summary

New Dawn ABA in Colorado is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children under BCBA guidance, delivering treatment plans in in-home and in-school settings.

We offer hourly pay of $22.00–$32.00 with experience-based adjustments, paid training and RBT certification assistance, PTO and holidays, a 401(k) with employer match, referral bonuses, career growth, and a supportive mentorship-focused team. Flexible schedules available.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Experience in ABA, education, childcare, or working with children is a plus
• Must pass background checks and meet compliance requirements
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for sessions

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the guidance of a BCBA
• Follow treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies as designed by the BCBA
• Accurately collect and record data during each session
• Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and team members
