Action Behavior Centers seeks an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children 18 months to 8 years in El Paso, TX. The role follows individualized treatment plans, collects data, and delivers play-based therapy in a supervised clinical setting.
You will work within a supportive team, with opportunities for growth into senior roles and BCBA pathways through our Everest Program.
