Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Plano, TX. This full-time role offers daytime hours from Monday to Friday, with optional Saturdays. Start date is immediate and compensation is based on education and ABA experience.

You will work one-on-one with children, implement treatment plans, and help kids grow through play-based ABA therapy. You will be part of a supportive team, with opportunities for promotions into leadership roles and BCBA pathways through

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with active pace while working with young children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Team mindset; may support nearby clinic if needed.
• Starts immediately with full-time schedule.

Pay (based on education & previous ABA experience)

• High School / Associate’s Degree: $17– $23.50 per hour
• Bachelor’s Degree: $18 –$25.50 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $19 –$27 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
