Big Dreamers ABA in Maryland seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and individuals with ASD. You will implement BCBA-designed behavior plans to help improve social, communication, and daily living skills in a therapeutic, in-person setting.

You will work with families, maintain records, and participate in structured ABA teaching sessions while progressing in a collaborative team that supports growth and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage effectively with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation and patient care practices.
