Since our start in 1994, Wee Care has quickly grown to be one of the largest pediatric intervention service providers in northwest Indiana and the southern Chicago suburbs. In Fall 2024, Wee Care joined Liberty POST which is an early intervention agency. POST has offered its clients a range of high-quality and individualized services since 1994. Backed by Liberty Resources Inc. and part of a large social services circle, originally POST was a speech-language practice in Syracuse NY, and has grown to provide a range of services throughout all of New York State as well as other states, now including Indiana. We employ over 500, and growing, professionals in a variety of settings and offer a collaborative team approach to provide evaluation, direct therapy, and family education through child-directed play. We are focused on the importance of a child’s natural learning environment, a family’s unique strengths and needs and the diverse population we serve.

Position Summary:

Part time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) provide services in clinical settings (in Dyer and/or Portage) and surrounding areas during home visits. Energetic applicants who are willing to learn and have fun are encouraged to apply!

Essential Functions:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clinic and home environments to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans as directed and designed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client goals and behavior
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and staff to ensure consistent implementation of plans
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients

Job Type: Part-time or Full-time

Rate of Pay: Competitive pay and CE benefits, including non-certified applicants may qualify to have the 40-hour training certificate program paid free of charge.
