Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Pay: $18–$22/hour. Schedule: Full‑Time & Part‑Time Available. Location: Columbus, OH.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work directly with our individuals, implementing behavior support strategies and teaching communication, social, adaptive, and independent living skills in real‑world settings.

This is a hands‑on role where you'll see the impact of your work every day.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver Direct Behavioral Services: Implement individualized behavior support and skill‑building programs under the supervision of a BCBA or clinical leader.
• Teach Meaningful Life Skills: Support communication, social development, emotional regulation, independence, and daily living skills.
• Implement Positive Behavior Supports: Use evidence‑based strategies to help individuals achieve goals while maintaining dignity, respect, and safety.
• Collect Data & Monitor Progress: Track behavioral and skill development data to support individualized treatment and service planning.
• Support Community Inclusion: Provide services in homes, schools, day programs, and community settings that promote participation and independence.
• Collaborate with Teams & Families: Partner with supervisors, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support consistent, high‑quality services.
