Job summary

Aba-Journey is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Valdosta, GA. Enjoy 1:1 ABA therapy across in-home, school, or clinic settings, with plans guided by a BCBA.

You will collect data on progress and collaborate with families to ensure client success in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, paid training and certification assistance, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA or child-care experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $24 - $28/hour

• Full-Time: 30 hours/week or Part-Time Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Valdosta, Georgia

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
