Make an Impact as an RBT

At The Treetop Therapy, we are dedicated to helping children with autism grow, thrive, and gain meaningful life skills. We are looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our in-home ABA team in Savannah, GA.

You'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), helping children gain critical communication, social, and functional skills in the home and community.

What You'll Do

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy to children ages 2-18
• Use data-driven techniques to monitor progress and adjust goals
• Collaborate with families to create a positive, supportive environment
• Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records
• Follow treatment plans developed by your supervising BCBA
  
  

What We're Looking For

Required

• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
• Experience working with children of various abilities
• Familiarity with EMR systems and basic data collection
  
  

Preferred

• TRICARE experience
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Passion for working with children and supporting their growth
