Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children with ASD and related developmental disabilities. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect data, and support growth in social, communication, and daily living skills.

Ideal candidates have experience with autism, knowledge of ABA, and a passion for teamwork. Positions are in-person with a competitive hourly pay and benefits package.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support clients in improving their social, communication, and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress through data collection.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure the consistent application of behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in their daily living activities (ADLs) and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.

• Prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

• Must possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
