Job summary

Skill Builders ABA is seeking caring Certified RBTs to join our Utah team. You’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings under the guidance of experienced BCBAs, helping children acquire real-life skills and confidence.

You'll follow individualized behavior plans, collect session data with our training, and collaborate closely with families and your supervising BCBA. This is a meaningful role with supportive leadership and the opportunity to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Current, active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children; ABA experience is a plus.
• Dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn.
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability.
