Job summary

Glow Forward ABA is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in-school settings in Deep Run, NC. Shifts are based on client availability with M-F schedules and multiple clients. Part-time role with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• 40-hour RBT training required (if willing to complete with company support)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
• Experience with children (required)
• Experience with ABA therapy a plus (not required)
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation for local travel

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school
• Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Track and document client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members
• Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment

• Shifts: Schedules are based on client availability with M-F schedules and multiple clients available




• Location: Currently staffing cases in Deep Run, NC (In-Home and in school Services)
