Job summary

Glow Forward ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Waynesville, NC to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in-school settings for children and families. This role supports evidence-based ABA therapy and works under BCBA supervision.

You will follow BCBA-created treatment plans, track progress, and collaborate with families to reinforce skills in a positive environment. Flexible scheduling with part-time hours and local travel available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification and willing to obtain with company support.
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training is required or available via company.
• Experience with children is required; ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home or in-school.
• Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track and document client progress.

Glow Forward ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! We are committed to helping children and families thrive through evidence-based ABA therapy. Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $22 – $26/hour

• Part-time

• Shifts: Schedules are based on client availability with M-F schedules and multiple clients available

• Location: Currently staffing cases in Waynesville, NC (In-Home and in school Services)

What We’re Looking For:
