Job summary

Childwise ABA in the United States is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. This role offers 20-25 hours per week on a flexible schedule, with compensation between $18 and $22 per hour. Training is provided, and mileage reimbursement is offered.

As an RBT, you will implement behavior plans created by BCBAs, deliver direct one-on-one therapy, collect data, and help with ADLs using ABA techniques to support each patient.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Familiarity with care plans and ADLs.
• Proficiency in medical documentation and HIPAA regulations.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and patient care.
• Understanding of applied behavior analysis principles.
• Ability to manage behaviors effectively.

Responsibilities
