Job summary

Artemis ABA Inc. is seeking a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Client Success team in a non-clinical, product-facing role. You will help ABA clinics adopt Artemis, train staff, provide support, and maximize value from our software.

This role does not involve therapy sessions—guiding ABA professionals on using Artemis effectively. You will onboard clinics, train users, and collaborate with product and engineering to relay feedback and prepare training materials.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of ABA therapy experience.
• Experience using ABA platforms (CentralReach, Rethink, Catalyst).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interest in technology and software tools.

Responsibilities

• Onboard ABA clinics and guide them through software setup and training.
• Provide responsive, expert support related to clinical workflows in the system.
• Tailor software support and training using your ABA background.
• Relay client feedback and feature suggestions to product/engineering teams.
• Create and maintain training materials, guides, and FAQs.
• Represent Artemis as a clinical expert during client interactions.
• Support client demos, webinars, and continuing education efforts.
