Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is looking to hire a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide the highest standard of care to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will be placed in a rewarding position with room for growth, guidance from a BCBA, and flexible hours in home settings.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license for commuting.
• Other duties as assigned.

$25 - $32 an hour
