Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home settings. You will implement treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA, collect data, and submit session notes while collaborating with peers and supervisors.

A vehicle and valid driver’s license are required to commute between locations, with travel up to 25%. We offer flexible hours and a supportive team that guides you to become the best clinical

Qualifications

Experience with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
Strong English communication, written and verbal.
Valid state ID and reliable transportation.
Must pass a criminal background check.
RBT certification required.

Responsibilities

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home.
Implement individualized treatment plans as written by the supervising BCBA.
Data collection and session note submission.
Collaborate with peers and supervisors.

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Responsibilities and Duties

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home
Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
Data collection and session note submission
Collaborate with peers and supervisors
Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments
Other duties as assigned.

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills

Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
Valid state identification card
Reliable transportation
Must pass a criminal background check
