Job summary

Carelinks ABA in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our in-home therapy team. You will deliver 1:1 ABA services to children, following plans created by a supervising BCBA, and participate in regular supervision and training.

We provide the full RBT training program and offer a $500 completion bonus for obtaining certification within the designated timeframe. A reliable schedule Monday–Friday and strong communication with families are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; willing to complete RBT certification.
• Training provided with $500 completion bonus.
• Prefer associate or bachelor's in psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience with children, especially with autism or developmental delays, is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

Position Requirements

• Must pass a background check.
• Consistent availability Monday-Friday preferred.
• Minimum of 20 direct billable service hours per week.
