Job summary

Carelinks ABA is seeking enthusiastic RBTs to join our team for in-home ABA therapy, using naturalistic, child-led approaches. You will deliver 1:1 sessions, collect data, and work under a supervising BCBA.

This role emphasizes hands-on training, professional growth, and a supportive environment. Ideal candidates include those starting their career or already certified, with a commitment to punctuality, confidentiality, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification or availability to complete 14 day training.
• Background check required.
• Consistent availability Monday–Friday preferred.
• Minimum of 15 direct billable service hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home, school, community, or clinic setting.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.
• Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.
• Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and required trainings.
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach at all times.
• Support a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment.

$20 - $25 an hour
