As an RBT at Lighthouse, you will:

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children from 18 months to school age.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop personalized therapy plans.
• Use creativity and advanced techniques in a play-based and naturalistic environment.
• Guide children's progress in educational and social settings.
• Document and track development to contribute to therapy programs.

Requirements include:

• Ability to lift/carry over 50 lbs, sustain impact, and perform physical activities such as running, crouching, and kneeling.
• Full range of motion and the ability to move quickly between positions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
• Background check and drug test at hire to ensure safety.

Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
