Qualifications

  • Must hold an RBT credential from the BACB.
  • Minimum high-school degree or equivalent required.
  • Experience working with children needed.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and record data on child behaviors.
  • Attend team meetings and be available for supervision.

Join the Summit Behavior Company team (powered by Finni Health) as a Registered Behavior Technician! We're hiring now!

Job Type: Part-time (with potential to convert to full-time in the future)
Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Locations: Columbus and Fort Benning, GA

Summit Behavior Company's mission is to help our team grow and support them in delivering kind, effective ABA therapy, and make sure more families can access the care they need.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care in-home. You’ll work one-on-one with our patient's families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.

  • Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting

  • Collect and record data on child behaviors

  • Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst

  • Attend team meetings

What You'll Need

  • Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field

  • Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs

  • Reliable Transportation

  • Must have an active CPR Certification

  • Must hold an RBT credential from the BACB

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time

  • Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time

License/Certification:

  • CPR Certification (Required)

  • RBT Certification (Required)
