The Learning Tree ABA – Hunt Valley, MD

Are you an experienced ABA professional looking to take the next step in a collaborative, structured environment? The Learning Tree ABA is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for full- and part-time daytime center-based positions at our Hunt Valley location.

We are seeking candidates who have prior experience in the ABA field or similar experience and are passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children with autism and related developmental needs. If you thrive in a supportive, team-oriented setting and are committed to ongoing professional growth, we’d love to meet you.

• What You'll Do as a Center-Based RBT:
• Work 1:1 (and occasionally in small groups) with clients in a structured, center-based setting
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect data accurately and consistently throughout sessions
• Document session notes in accordance with company and insurance guidelines
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Support a positive, safe, and engaging environment for learning and growth
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in the ABA field (center-based experience is a plus) or similar
• Active RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire)
• High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
