Job summary

Clarksville Autism Center is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Clarksville, TN. RBTs will implement ABA-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA to support children with autism and other developmental disorders.

The role offers part-time or full-time in-person positions with pay ranging from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. Preference given to candidates with experience with special needs, HIPAA familiarity, and RBT certification.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children with special needs preferred.
• Familiarity with data collection methods and ABA terminology is essential.
• Experience working with high-aggression youth is highly desired.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices is required.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Clarksville Autism Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team!

The RBT will work directly with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disorders, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is crucial in helping children develop essential skills and improve their quality of life through applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
