Job summary

Amaze ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in Clarkesville, GA. You will work 1:1 with children and implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, helping develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

This role emphasizes professional growth with BCBA supervision, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation to in‑home settings.
• Consistent and dependable availability.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in the home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based strategies to promote positive behavior change.
• Accurately collect and document client progress data.
• Communicate and collaborate with supervising BCBA and clinical team.
• Provide reliable, compassionate care.
