Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Cibolo, TX. You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple session data.

We offer full-time hours, paid training and RBT certification, growth opportunities into leadership or BCBA paths through our Everest Program, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Pay (based on education & previous ABA experience)

• High School / Associate’s Degree: $16– $24 per hour
• Bachelor’s Degree: $16.50 –$25.50 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $17.50 –$28 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
