Job summary

Optimal Care Therapy seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics in the South Side area of Chicago. You will implement BCBA-approved plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to support client success in a warm, supportive environment.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification, a high school diploma, and are prepared to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
