Join us to make a meaningful impact while working with a supportive team! Your responsibilities include:

• Providing in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Using behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety, or social opportunities, following patients’ treatment plans.
• Collecting and submitting data on an electronic data system.
• Maintaining clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is an ABA Therapy provider delivering home-based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We seek ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA). Our admin team has firsthand experience as ABA Therapists/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role. We foster a dedicated and passionate team culture, with annual performance reviews to support professional growth.

Experience & Requirements

• Special education: 1 year (Preferred)
• Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred)
• RBT Certification is required
