Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement personalized behavior intervention programs tailored to each child’s needs and contribute to meaningful progress.

Position Description:

We are seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the RBT is responsible for working 1:1 with children implementing specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management.

Required Experience and Education

• Minimum of an HS Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience with children that have disabilities.
• 6 months of ABA Experience (preferred)
• Must possess current RBT Certification through the BACB.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Note:

This role requires the ability to spend a significant amount of time crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.

It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting.

Candidates must possess the ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on their feet as well as an ability to lift items up to 50 lbs on occasion.
