The expected hours for this case during summer break are: Monday thru Friday 1:30-6:30, During school season: M-F 4:00- 7:30
Step-It-Up ABA is now hiring an experienced and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

You will work with children that have autism or other developmental challenges by providing ABA therapy and implementing their treatment plan under the direction and guidance of an experienced BCBA.
Your dedicated BCBA is there for you, providing guidance along every step of the way.
Data from each session will be collected and entered electronically daily. You will be trained and supported by a team who is invested in your personal and professional growth.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities:
Implement the treatment plan developed by your supervising BCBA
Collect and record data daily
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Comunicate with caregiver(s) in a professional manner
