Job summary

Growing Minds Behavioral Health seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with ABA-based interventions in our Maryland program. You will implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision and help clients develop communication and daily living skills through engaging, play-based sessions.

Candidates should have a High school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and be available in the afternoon/evening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training course is required prior to offer.
• Active RBT certification preferred (must obtain within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviors.
• Support clients in building communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based activities.
