Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for Black Forest, CO, with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule and optional Saturdays based on patient needs. This full-time role offers stable daytime hours and immediate start dates.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Minimum age 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team-oriented; may assist nearby ABC clinic if needed.

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.

Pay (based on education & previous ABA experience)

• High School / Associate’s Degree: $20.25– $24 per hour
• Bachelor’s Degree: $21 –$25.50 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $21 –$28 per hour
