Job summary

Achieving True Self (ATS) seeks a passionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our clinical team serving children with autism. You will work under supervision, providing evidence-based services in home, school, or community settings. Ongoing training and career growth opportunities are offered.

Are you a passionate Registered Behavior Technician looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with Autism? At Achieving True Self (ATS), you’ll be part of a supportive clinical team dedicated to helping children and families thrive.

As an RBT with ATS, you’ll receive ongoing support, professional development, and opportunities to grow your career while providing meaningful, evidence-based services to children in your community.

  • Hourly Pay: $19–25/hr for direct billable hours (based on experience)
  • Training, onboarding, and drive time: Paid at $15/hr
  • RBT certification is required prior to employment
What You’ll Do
  • Provide one-on‑one support to children with autism and related developmental needs using evidence‑based strategies
  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising clinician
  • Teach communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills in home, school, or community settings
  • Collect data on client progress and adjust support strategies as needed
  • Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and their families
  • Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure consistent, high‑quality care
  • Celebrate small wins that lead to meaningful, life‑changing progress

What We’re Looking For?
  • High school diploma, or GED (minimum) and 18+ years old
  • Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (or related coursework)
  • Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and your own reliable vehicle is required.This is not a position where rideshare or public transportation can be used
  • Candidates with evening/after‑school availability preferred (sessions typically 2–6 hours, Monday–Friday)
  • General knowledge of computer systems, including Windows and Google products
