Job summary

Bright Builders ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic settings. The role supports BCBA-designed plans, data collection, and collaboration with families to foster progress and well-being.

Ideal candidates hold RBT certification or are willing to obtain it, with a HS diploma or equivalent and a willingness to travel locally. Flexible schedules and strong team support are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Pay Range: $24 - $30 hourly
• Full-Time: 30 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
