Move Up ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism through in-home and community sessions in Maryland.
You will work Monday to Friday, 4pm-8pm, in settings including the child’s home, school, or community locations, under BCBA supervision. Earn $24–$34 per hour depending on experience and certifications, with a focus on play-based, child-led ABA strategies and data collection to track progress.

What You’ll Earn:
$24.00 - $34.00 per hour, depending on your experience and certifications
Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll engage in rewarding healthcare work, implementing behavior plans, collecting data, and supporting clients' skill development. You’ll collaborate with caregivers as a team to address clients' needs and maintain accurate documentation, all while demonstrating empathy and patience. This role involves supporting clients through various activities, including potty training and managing mild to moderate behaviors. High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
Minimum 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Patient, compassionate, and driven to help autistic children achieve their individualized goals
Experience flexing your approach with children through connection and engagement
Capable of working independently and thriving in a feedback-driven environment
Ability to stand, sit, run, lift up to 30 lbs and perform CPR if necessary
Able to commit to scheduled sessions and locations consistently for a minimum of six months post-placement.
Completion or proof of completion of the 40-Hour RBT course (or ability to complete this training and take the exam within 60 days of hire)
