• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety, or social opportunities, following patients’ treatment plans.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is an ABA Therapy provider delivering home-based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).

Our admin team members have firsthand experience as ABA Therapists/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs. We foster a dedicated and passionate team culture, conducting annual performance reviews to support professional growth.
