Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for afternoon hours to support in-home 1:1 therapy for children with Autism ages 1-21. Competitive hourly pay and flexible afternoon shifts provide meaningful work in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include delivering ABA interventions, collecting data, and coordinating with the team to ensure consistency; requirements include RBT certification and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (BACB) required.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism.
• Effective communication with families and staff.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.

Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider, and throughout. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. We pride ourselves on having a high level of communication, support and guidance which helps each therapist feel confident in their role.

This role is only for afternoon hours
