Job summary

Peak Potential Therapy LLC in Sagamore Hills/Norton area is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with disabilities. You will provide one-on-one ABA-based care, follow plans created by BCBA, and help students grow academically, behaviorally, and emotionally.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with therapy team members and attend ongoing training sessions.
• Create a positive, safe, and supportive environment where children can thrive.

What You'll Do

Requirements

• No prior certification required at hire – we provide assistance with RBT training
• Must obtain RBT and CPR certification within 30 days of hire

Work Schedule & Locations

• Multiple shifts available: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Some services may be provided in clients' homes, schools, or community settings throughout the Cleveland–Akron area
