Job summary

Optimal Care Therapy is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. Provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy to clients in Tinley Park, IL, under supervision of a BCBA, while collecting data and collaborating with families to ensure progress.

Ideal candidates have RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior ABA experience. Flexible scheduling and ongoing training support are available.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home in Tinley Park, Illinois area.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
