Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the Plainfield clinic. You’ll deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, focusing on engaging, play-based sessions with children and families.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a BCBA, data collection, and accurate documentation. Monday to Friday shifts 11am–6pm, flexibility within those hours is required, with competitive hourly pay and benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active RBT certification is required within 60 days of hire.
