An established industry player is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct therapy services to children. This part-time role focuses on implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a genuine passion for working with children with special needs. Position Summary:
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for the direct implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming with clients at Westside Children’s Therapy, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Providing predominantly play-based therapy, the RBT will support Westside clients in the development of a wide variety of skills.
Work Schedule:Mondays 12:00 - 3:00 pm, Tuesdays 12:00 - 3:00 pm, Wednesdays 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, Thursdays 11:00 am - 4:00 pm, Fridays 11:00 am - 4:00 pm
