A leading therapy organization is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with special needs through play-based therapy approaches. This part-time position requires the implementation of ABA programming under the guidance of a BCBA, focusing on skill development and data analysis. The candidate must have a high school diploma and obtain an RBT certification shortly after hiring.
Position Summary:
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for the direct implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming with clients at Westside Children’s Therapy, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Providing predominantly play-based therapy, the RBT will support Westside clients in the development of a wide variety of skills.
