We are looking for individuals to join our team who are Registered Behavior Technicians or Behaviorally Trained Staff members!

Bridging Independent Living Together, Inc. works to enrich the lives of people with disabilities through compassionate support. Our team is committed to bridging the gap of care to enhance individuals' independence, maximize their capabilities, and provide meaningful community inclusion by assisting and supporting their choices with regard to housing, socialization, learning, employment opportunities, and recreational activities.

We are a small non-profit organization that works in the homes and community with people who have varying disabilities. We take "impossible" and turn it to "possible". We do everything from teaching individuals how to get a job, and taking individuals out on adventures, to providing much-needed respite care and mentorship. Our individuals are between the ages of 3 years old-65 years old.

Our Ideal Candidate
A passionate, motivated, self-initiating team member to help us with our mission of providing quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Pay is based on education and experience. RBT certification is a plus. We have many opportunities to progress within the company for upcoming years if that is something the candidate desires. Also, ability to provide supervision hours to RBTs or internships.

Specific schedule needs are Sunday-Tuesday, 9am-6pm.

Responsibilities Include

  • Skill building of ADL's and IADL's
  • In home direct care for an individual with intellectual disabilities.
  • Community based skill building.
  • Providing respite care to the guardians of the individual.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with the family and maintain positive rapport with the individual.
  • Driving clients to and from, as needed.
