Responsibilities:
- Implementation of Behavior Plans: Execute behavior intervention plans developed by BCBA or licensed professionals to address challenging behaviors. Teach skills such as communication, social, adaptive, and independent living skills based on individualized treatment plans.
- Direct Client Interaction: Work directly with clients to provide one-on-one therapy sessions, teaching and reinforcing targeted skills and behaviors. Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary to ensure safety.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Record behavioral data accurately during sessions to monitor progress, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborative Support: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including BCBA, therapists, educators, and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of behavior support plans.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on best practices, interventions, and regulations in the field.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $22-$27/hour

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- ABA or childcare experience preferred
- TB Test and Background Check clearance
- Valid driver's license
- Interest in human behavior and ABA principles
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for individuals with special needs
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and exercise sound judgment
- Ability to build collaborative relationships
- Commitment to ethical ABA practices aligned with A.G.E.S mission and vision
