BK Healthcare Management is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings. You will be part of a strong clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans while recording session data and building connections with families.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid RBT certification. A willingness to learn, patience, compassion, and a calm presence are essential for success in this role.

What You'll Do

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services, using evidence‑based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Be a key part of our clinical team, directly implementing skill‑building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment for clients and build genuine connections with families.
