Sign-On Bonus Available for Credentialed RBTs! $19–$25/hr for direct service (base pay $15–$21/hr + $4/hr for direct client time)

Position

Title: Behavior Technician
Reports to: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Compensation:

  • $15–$21/hr base pay
  • +$4/hr for direct service with clients (averaging 90% of hours once trained)
  • Sign-on bonus available for credentialed RBTs
  • Mileage reimbursement
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide 1:1 and group ABA interventions under BCBA supervision
  • Deliver therapy in homes, community settings, and outpatient offices
  • Support children in achieving meaningful developmental and behavioral goals
  • Collect real-time, accurate data using digital tools
  • Implement treatment plans and behavior strategies
  • Communicate progress and challenges to caregivers and team
  • Collaborate with ST, OT, PT, and mental health providers
  • Attend supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training
  • Achieve and maintain RBT certification (paid training and study support available)
What We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (must be willing to transport clients when needed)
  • Pass background checks and drug screening
  • Day and evening availability (some weekends may be required)

Preferred Experience (may be eligible for higher pay):

  • Bilingual, especially Spanish-speaking (may be eligible for higher pay)
  • Experience in school settings or with crisis intervention
  • Experience with children or teens with developmental differences or challenging behaviors
