Job summary

The Treetop Therapy in Shawnee, OK is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. You’ll help develop communication, social, and daily living skills in a play-based setting.

Under supervision, you’ll implement programs, collect data in an EMR, and use positive reinforcement to promote growth. We offer paid training, daily pay, PTO from day one, and opportunities for BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification (Registered Behavior Technician).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Experience working with children of diverse abilities.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

As an In-Home RBT, you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills while improving behaviors in a positive, play-based setting.

• Collaborate closely with families, BCBAs, and your fellow RBTs

What You Bring

Required:

• Active RBT Certification (Registered Behavior Technician)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Experience working with children of diverse abilities

Preferred:

• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Tricare certification
