Job summary

The Treetop Therapy in Shawnee, OK is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children, under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help kids develop communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive, play-based setting.

This role offers rapid onboarding with paid training, daily pay, and opportunities for career growth toward BCBA certification. We value dedication, compassion, and collaborative teamwork as essential to ongoing client

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license needed.
• Experience working with children of diverse abilities preferred.

What You'll Be Doing

As an In-Home RBT, you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills while improving behaviors in a positive, play-based setting.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs
• Track data and document client progress in our user-friendly EMR system
• Use positive reinforcement techniques to promote skill development
• Collaborate closely with families, BCBAs, and your fellow RBTs
• Ensure sessions are engaging, goal-oriented, and child-centered

What You Bring

Required:

• Active RBT Certification (Registered Behavior Technician)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Experience working with children of diverse abilities

Preferred:

• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Tricare certification
