The Treetop ABA Therapy in Wilmington, NC is seeking an In-Home or Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision. You’ll help develop communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in home and clinic settings.

Qualifications

Position Overview

As an In-Home or Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will focus on helping children develop communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in supportive and familiar environments.

• Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff
• Support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies

• Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities
