The Treetop offers Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) positions for in-home and clinic ABA therapy in North Carolina. You will work one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision to improve communication, behavior, social, and daily living skills in familiar settings.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• TRICARE certification (preferred).
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Collect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR).

Position Overview

As an In-Home or Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will focus on helping children develop communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in supportive and familiar environments.
